Holiday Inn Chantilly-Dulles Expo (Arpt) by IHG

Construction was happening when we stayed here, so I will change my review when we visit again next year as I feel my rating will be higher after the fixes have been made. My only real complaints are that there was only one elevator working while this hotel was hosting many guests for a local convention...that and we were unable to scan our room card to enter the hotel through side doors during the day. We witnessed many other guests attempt to use their room cards as well with no success. Not a big deal, but it resulted in us having to walk all the way around the property to get back to the front area for entry. Would be much more of an issue for disabled or injured guests, which is still a valid concern. I look forward to returning and giving a better rating.

Very Nice Hotel. Within walking distance to a number of restaurants and shopping. Shuttle Service to Dulles Airport and to Air and Space Museum. They have a restaurant here too, but is currently being renovated.

Fantastic hotel. Great location and nice rooms. The hotel is being renovated and certain floors are finished while others are being worked on. I can only base my opinion on the renovated rooms but they were very nice. The beds were comfortable, nice TV with lots of channels, and the shower has a unique shape (no door but you have to walk in and then twist around, it’s private and kind of interesting) and the water pressure was fantastic. Great location. Lots of parking & lots of food options nearby. Only negative is no complimentary breakfast but that’s not a huge deal breaker for me but something to consider if it is for you.

Stayed one night in this nice quiet hotel! Slept well, had some hot breakfast of scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes, toast and coffee, and checked out!

I am updating my review to recognize the outstanding service I received from Rachel at the front desk. I've stayed here many times, and have been impressed by the professionalism and courtesy of the front desk staff. But Rachel's proficiency at fielding my requests lead me to believe she was upper management (hint upper management - hope you're looking at Rachel. She's management material). As for the hotel? The renovations that was occuring in my past stays appear to be almost finished. Beautiful work hotel staff. The room I stayed in was pleasant and comfortable. I especially like the design of the bathroom. There are several fast food restaurants within walking distance. And a steak restaurant if you're so inclined. I had an excellent stay. And I'm sure to return.

Good hotel and great staff. They are in the middle of remodeling the hotel. The second night of my stay, a noisy group was placed next to my room and across the hall. After 11:30 p.m., I called the front desk, and they came up, heard the noise, and moved the group to another room. THANK YOU! FYI, there was a homeless man outside on the bench both nights and in the morning, but he did not beg or bother anyone.

Home was flooded and had to relocate my family for going on two weeks now. I must give props to Khan for being awesome. From the minute my wife and I showed up, he and his staff have been making the best of a bad situation. Truly grateful for all he has done to make our stay feel less stressful. 5 stars and highly recommend
